Deadline for poster abstracts extended to March 8 by noon

Deadline for oral presentation abstracts has passed. We are no longer accepting oral presentations

Instructions for Writing Your Abstract
  • Begin with the Presentation Title
  • List authors in the following order: *Presenter (underlined), then *Co-authors
  • List institution affiliations for all authors named on the presentation
  • Within the first two sentences, provide the research question/problem;
  • Describe the theoretical framework, sample, as well as methods used;
  • State the main findings (anticipated), being sure to tie them into the research question/problem;
  • End with the significance and implications of your conclusions.
  • Limit abstract to one 81/2 x 11 page length
  • Acknowledge the source of funding for your research
Student Presentations:
Poster: No larger than 36 x 48
Talk: Please limit talk to 20 minutes (Oral Presentation Category is FULL).
